If your tire is low, you will need to add air. If you do not have an air compressor at your home, most gas stations have an air machine. (Many gas stations have tire gauges built into their air compressor hoses.) Fill the tire slowly re-checking the pressure frequently. In the event the tire is overfilled, simply use the back side of the gauge to press down on the valve stem to release some air until your reach the optimal amount.
